1.1 Inspectio ASSET

For major assets like vessels, rigs, plants, facilities etc.

1.2 Inspectio COMPANY

For companies with several smaller assets like skids, containers, rental equipment etc.

1.3 Inspectio SERVICE

For service contractors documenting work for clients that does not hold an Asset or Company license.

Volume licensing

Part 2 of the license is calculated based on the volume of:

  • Mobile devices
  • Equipment in register

2.      Operational

The Service is an offline service that will function in periods of no internet connection. It is recommended that Wifi is available at least once a day to synchronize the collected data to the server. Working several days without synchronization represent a potential risk of losing data, meaning physical loss of device, unintended deletion of local database etc. The Supplier assumes no liability for loss of data or the consequences thereof.

The Service is designed to operate on low bandwidth and high latency connections. The Supplier cannot guarantee that a successful synchronization can complete at any given time and place, for example offshore. Supplier is not responsible for delivery of internet-connection.

Inspectio is a field first tool where the core concept is to inspect and document tasks in field. In the case where a task is wrongly documented and the report is needed to be updated. This report must be reopened and recompleted.

3.      Software Updates

Updates are included in the annual license. The Service is continuously improved, and updates will be released consecutively when ready. The Supplier does not guarantee fixed periodic updates.

3.1 Custom Priority Development

Custom priority development can be performed. The cost of such development will be agreed on a case to case basis. Any improvement of the software will benefit all users of Inspectio.

4.      Termination and Data Ownership

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability if the User breach the Terms, or if the Client does not fulfill its payment obligations. The User access will be locked, but no data will be deleted.

Any data collected with Inspectio are owned by the Client. If the Client has not obtained the Client license, the access to the digital database is restricted to active projects only. Service Partner will provide Excel and/or PDF documentation to Client when projects are completed. If a contract is terminated by either party, or by suppliers bankruptcy, all data collected will be exported in a database format and given to the Client. Data will be kept in Inspectio after termination of contract for history and potential future contracts with the same Client.

The Supplier has the right to use all collected data for statistics, trends and analytics even after contract termination.

Equipment’s in the Inspectio database will be matched towards a global list of equipment’s to gain overall knowledge about equipment performance. Inspectio will then learn the performance characteristics of one specific equipment and share that knowledge with the users in the future. The data set will be anonymous, and the Client or Serrvice Partner will never be associated in any analytic or machine learning use.

Any personal information will be deleted upon request and will never be used for analytic purposes. Please see our privacy policies.
